Pinc College is an Independent Specialist College offering unique creative study programmes in creative campuses located in galleries, museums and heritage locations in England and Wales.

Our inspiring locations provide our students with opportunities for collaboration, workplace experience and connections to the community, whilst supporting local cultural and heritage assets and enhancing our partners engagement with young people.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

You will find that Pinc College is nothing like the experience you have had of education so far:

  • Our primary focus is the wellbeing of our students; we start by getting to know the whole person and their individual needs – there is no typical student at Pinc College.

  • We celebrate individuality and self expression – there is no dress code at Pinc College and we encourage our students to be their complete authentic selves.

  • Every student has an Individual Learning Plan, tailored to your aspirations, interests and design outcomes.

  • Teaching takes place in small groups which we know is better for our students.

  • Our programmes are project based, which allows our students to choose the topics they are interested in and develop the creative skills they enjoy. We create relationships of trust and a safe culture.

  • Our team creates positive relationships and a supportive environment for all our students.

OUR CULTURE

At Pinc College we foster a supportive culture which is shared by our students, our Team and our partners.
We believe that we will all benefit from a journey of personal growth if we commit to a shared culture which is:

RESPECTFUL

We accept and appreciate each other

RESPONSIBLE

We own our actions and words

SAFE

We support each other’s emotional and physical safety

KIND

We care, we listen and consider others

PARENT FEEDBACK

We are proud to be a place where neurodivergent students can truly shine.
This is what parents who’ve seen their children grow and flourish in our creative community say about us.
Their stories reflect the joy, confidence, and sense of belonging our college brings to each student’s journey.
We hope their experiences give you a glimpse of what makes our college so special.

Hear some of our parents and carers as they talk about their experiences of Pinc College…

Their patience and high level of skill and understanding has paid dividends. They have given my son a love of art and belief in his abilities. We will always be grateful for everything the staff has done for him and us as a family.

Pinc College has opened up the scope of what is available for our young person’s future, which is fantastic for our wellbeing as parents.

A GCSE in Art and Design! -a real accomplishment as a few years ago the very thought of an exam would have led to a meltdown.

Their confidence grew and her ability to speak for herself and interact with others improved over the time she was there.

Knowing your child is happy where he is going and being 100% confident, his needs are being sensitively met makes an enormous difference to a parent’s mental well-being. The impact is huge and affects the whole family in a positive way.

Life changing for her and us as a family. Thank you to you and your incredible team.

She was able to feel safe, supported and accepted at PINC.
